This is what I got from Ameren UE web site. Note the number 1299 only reflects the outage of my neighborhood. From what I heard from radio Ameren tries to restore majority of customers by this evening.

Ginger, thank you for the greetings. And nice to “meet” you here at Major’s cyber living room.
He has done a great job…being a genuine blogger and remains aspiring and carries himself modestly.

Finanlly get restored this Wednesday morning (2:50 AM). The time in Ameren web site is not accurate. Actually my place lost power at early morning Sunday (about 2 or 3 AM), so for 3 days I don’t have power at home. It’s not fun to go through all this in such cold weather.
