I know you may not get the lyrics (中文字幕), but at least you can listen to the Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) songs there. You may go to KKBox or some other websites for lyrics.

Personally I felt listening to a song is better than taking the melatonin (the over-the-counter sleep hormones). Interestingly enough, when I shared on XHS that I took some melatonin that I bought from Costco, and my friend got nervous and told me, in 1990s his company export quite a bit of those to Japan and the USA. And he warned me not to depend on the melatonin.
